I feel like this is a fraud company that took the name of actual VRL Logistics( I don't know whether they both are the same). Initially, they have quoted 17500 to transfer my things from Bangalore to Kerala. One person visited my place and have seen the list of items that I had to shift and quoted the price. We didn't even negotiate. On the day of transfer they came and did packing very nicely. After packing they said, items are more, so the price would increase and gave us the final bill of 34000/ and without even negotiating we had paid the entire amount upfront.
They started from my apartment at 6 PM on 26th June 2020 saying that they are going in the same vehicle till Kerala with the same set of people, and they would be reaching on 27th at 11 AM. When we called them at 11 AM ( they have never called and updated about the progress of the journey or we were not able to track the vehicle or get an update from the company) on 27th, they are saying that they are caught up in Hosur Border as they don't have Permit to cross the border. When I asked them they say that they didn't know we wanted a permit to travel interstate. What kind of travel company they have.
on 28th, my 85-year-old father and 83-year-old mother got a call from a Tamil Guy saying that we are coming. you please arrange people to unload. When we already paid the unloading and unpacking charges to them, why should we arrange people to unload? When we informed the company about this call, they immediately called that Tamil Driver and canceled him and arranged another Lorry, which has a permit to travel from Hosur. For the entire day, we didn't have any updates from the company or the driver. The driver is not at all related to the company. They had paid him 6000 rupees and send him to Kerala. When we enquired in the evening the company person said to contact the Driver(Why should I contact the Driver, when I paid the amount to the company, it is the company's responsibility to track the vehicle and keep informing us). Still, we called the Driver, and he was a Malayali Grover and he informed me that he just left from Bangalore, that was a Lie. When we called him he was busy and the message was coming in Malayalam. So as a person with Common Sense we know that when people are in a specific state, the phone messages will come in the local language only. In this situation, the driver told us that the items will reach after three days only and he just left from Bangalore. When we informed the same to the company they said, today itself(28th) the things will be delivered. But they didn't deliver.
On the 29th morning again we called the company people and they said Today itself they will deliver the things. And on 29th Evening by 3 PM, the things delivered at my hometown with the only Driver. No extra person to unload the things. When we informed them they say the Driver will itself unload. But he couldn't, so my aged father and my neighbors are helping them to unload the things.
I am completely unsatisfied with the company, its service, bill, delivery. I still do not know the condition of the things delivered. They such a fraud company, no responsibility for other money, things, or values.
Please do not book them for any kind of transfer.
