I want to laugh when I read the reviews on this page. Take one look at the user ids of the reviews and you will see One initial, one surname and one 97 like VGupta97. ALL ARE FAKE REVIEWS. If you want to see real reviews, search Lakeshore, without the VPS.
If you value your life or your loved one's life, especially if you have any form of cancer, don't ever go anywhere near this hospital. They killed my relative because of their mismanagement and nothing beyond that.
How can we even say that miscommunication is the problem when these people don't communicate at all: Not one person reads the entire case, not the so-called "Saint with a Stethoscope Dr VP Gangadharan", and not anyone from his entire team. Doctors from the same department don't talk to other doctors. Departments don't communicate with other departments. All are full of ego. Even within the same oncology team, one doctor has no idea what the other doctor prescribed.
My relative had pain due to side effect of one of the medications prescribed by a senior doctor, which is to be expected, and the other senior doctor didn't even know about this, even though it is in the file.
I frankly don't know where on earth they found such horrible doctors of the oncology team: other than 1 or 2 people, the rest are senseless fools, with no knowledge and no compassion. There are a lot of babies whom they call as "junior doctors". They have a lot of time, yet they who won't spend even 5 minutes checking the instructions or reading the file before they come and talk some nonsense. Then you can still say they are still under training and close one eye. But the so called "senior doctors" are even worse. There is one Dr Roja and one Dr Vijesh. We have not seen such worst mannered people in our life before. God only knows how they became doctors when they have no capacity to help others. Apparently passing some MBBS makes a person a doctor. Both of them, NOT ONE single positive word will come out of their mouth and they will do everything to kill the entire family's morale and spirit before they kill the patient. I don't know how they sleep at night after spreading such negativity.
People rush to this hospital because of the image that Gangadharan tries to put on during his interviews and media publicity. All of that is fake. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. He gives such horrible medicines with terrible side effects and does not flinch at all, even seeing and hearing patients vomiting non-stop and suffering like hell. The whole lot will behave as if their chemo and their radiation and their medications have no side effects but it is patient's fault. They will give some medicine and then one day Gangadharan will come and simply say they cannot do anything more, with not one single ounce of remorse. It is not a loss for them, it is a loss only for the family who loses the patient. No one else cares. They will simply go back to their families and to their lives. All this nonsense about how he gets to know his patients as human beings and people is UTTER RUBBISH. He hardly spends 60 seconds, be it in-patient or out-patient consultations. But every single person coming into a ward is money billed to the patient. The oncology department has a simple policy: maximum number of patients, maximum number of treatments and maximum amount of money.
Our experience was exactly like true007, subuarjun and abhilashka mentioned. I only wish I had listened to these reviews instead of blindly believing. Please don't be fooled and make your loved ones suffer. Please stay away from this hospital at all costs.
