As a startup you have a great website and lucrative offers and anyone would go for the same. But the major concern is your tracking and post sale service, no coordination and less informative staffs. This is going to affect badly. My order ID R271370007 I booked the same on Oct 8th and the EDD showed as 5 to 11days . I believed it would be the maximum time hence waited and called up on 15th for an update as I saw the product was yet to be shipped hence I was worried I was told that few sellers don't update it on the website, hence waited and called up on 17th as 21st was the festival and I wanted to surprise my wife with the gift.
The best part is I was told it is escalated and will be delivered before 21st nov. I waited till 21st and called to check, I was told it was in transit and I was out of my patience, as no one even bothered to give me a call or SMS or an email regarding the delay in delivery. I decided to cancel, when asked for my refund I was told it will take 7 days, but as I started yelling they somehow manage to refund in 1 hour, and to give me a token of there apology they informed the product will be delivered to me for free.
Now today is 23rd and its still in transit and this is how they play with customers emotions. Guys there are many startups who are working harder and its time to pull your socks and at least inform customers for any kind of delay. I may not come back to you guys anytime soon may never advise anyone to go with you guys until you work your internal issues and get at least a proper model in logistics. And to be frank your apologies or sorries really don't matter to me as I ruined my own festival by trusting your startup. Anyways thank you for the offers.
