I have been online shopping user since long but this time I saw very unprofessional behaviour from voonik.com when I raised a return request of a product.
I ordered a product and when it arrived I found it smaller size so at the same time I raised a return request by filling all the details they asked for. Now after about a month when neither anyone appear to pick the product nor refund on the account or wallet, I tried to reach their customer care but all the time those guys have voice related issue just after I say word "return". Seems like something fishy. Somehow I got their email and reported the same.They came back saying since its been more then 15 days we can take the request, when I said pls check your system as I placed the return request same day they found " yes" your return request was their but you didn't confirm it.really? What do you mean by confirm? If someone raising return request that means yes we want to return it and not filling that form just for sake of checking your return form:-p
For now I gave up but wanted to share my experience with you all so that you may stay away from them.
