Today VODAFONE again, I think I am the only customer of Vodafone who faced too many problems.
It’s a case of 3 days back, when I have received an offer in my Vodafone app of Rs.177, offering me 5GB 3G/4G data+ 8GB 4G only data for 4G H/S+ 4G SIM user in 4G covered area, also there was another of the same amount(2GB Data), I thought the 13GB is a special offer for me, so I recharge the amount from my vodafone app, I am using 4G handset/ SIM in 4G covered area but I’hd not received the total 13Gb data for 2 days just got 2GB which was an open market offer.
After I called to customer care and they told me that I don’t have any 13GB offer on that number. Immediately I send them a mail containing with a screen shot of that offer. They replied me that they can’t see any offer on that screen shot, may be the executive was blind.
After that I mail them again but this time the mail was for the Vodafone India CEO and COO, after some hour I got a call from them asking all the details, after 2 hours I got the 11GB with 1GB extra:D
