I have used Vodafone service for past 10 years.
When I used this network was good by for their introduction time(i.e., when renamed hutch to vodafone)
At the time they given lot of offers for their customers.
Later their tariff and service so poor.
I was so many times complained their customer service and retail mobile store also.
But there is no single call from their head office till now.
At last I am transfer my network to another mobile network.
But the vodafone number is idle.
Hope they are wake up as soon as possible.
Great Company.but poor service.poor representatives.irresponsible retail stores.Spoil big network within few years.Very sad to say.
