One of the most annoying mobile service providers . They do not send the hard copy of the bills inspite of repeated reminders . Their call center has another bunch of jokers who cannot even understand the problem, leave alone attending to one . I have a case on hand just now large as life, the hard copy of the bill was supposed to be sent to my residential address sometime last week which till now, at the time of writing this note, has not yet been delivered to my residence . If it was done in the past as a regular practice then what is the issue now? The concerned person Harendra Pandey whose number was given to me does not answer the phone nor does he even call back . So why give a contact of a person who is totally irresponsible . He is supposed to resolve queries, my question now is . how will he resolve a query if he does not make himself available on the phone . Vodafone needs to re-think on their approach . We never encountered any issues when we used MAX TOUCH or ORANGE earlier they were much better .
