Hey guys its about vodafone postpaid services
I have taken vodafone postpaid connection before 5 months at a monthly rental plan of 199.
But the problem is that its network is very poor because in my homes main door its working well but if get inside my room which is just near to main door its voice breakage problems begins many time I have tried to call any numbers but the call not connected to them. While coming to main door it is connected.
I have complained many times but the customer service executives said that they have resolved the problem.
But actually it persists again and again.
Then I have called vodafone customer care to close my connection they registered a complaint and requested me to pay bills and then your connection will be closed and I have paid 285 rs of my vodafone postpaid bill but its already one and half month passed but my connection is not closed now. And send me bill again of 255 rs to.pay.
