Few years back I was using Vodafone postpaid connections due to poor connectivity I closed the numbers.
Currently using Prepaid numbers.
Vodafone is charging 2.5paisa per second instead of the plan active on my numbers.
Whenever you call Customer Care, Vodafone executive will never understand the problem.
Either they are not able to understand the issue or pretend not to understand.
The try to misguide and convince the customer as per Vodafone benefit.
Whatever may be the issue they never try to resolve the issue for customer benefit, they always take care of Vodafone profit.
