Vodafone has been my mobile service provider since I bought my first mobile last year.its been one year with vodafone and I am writing this review to tell you on the occasion of my anniversary with vodafone that how brilliant this company is.
I live in gurgaon(NCR) and have one vodafone postpaid number.the process of submitting docs for the number was easy as an executive came and collected it from my house and my number was activated within 24 hours with 124rs talk plan.no connection problems , no call drops. I used my mobile in my hometown of garhwal in uttranchal and connectivity was the same as in gurgaon and same response when I used it in sri lanka and Singapore with intl. roaming.all the settings changed automatically I had to do nothing.
About customer service.postpaid cust service is brilliant.they keep it short and simple which is a sign of a good call centre and they resolve queries with great knowledge and greetings.
Now I am a 199 hello plan with 1 paisa per sec call rates all over India and my phone bill dropped to only 400-450 rs per month haha. That's funny for me who used to pay 700-800 bucks per month before this plan was sold to me.
I highly recommend people of the nation of India that if u want a mobile...make sure u have Vodafone sim card in it.
