Vodafone is good for network coverage, it's really very strong. but other factors are not really good. will explain each point in detail further.
Customer Service:
very very bad, many of their support team member are not aware about offers completely, If you ask them is these offer available. then they are not sure about that offer is valid for your number or not . on there official website whatever information they are giving is not completely right. If you are asking them any problem then instead of giving solution they are giving rubbish excuses. so this is about customer service.
Charges and Billing:
charges are well balanced point. If you have prepaid and if you have chosen any useful scheme then its really plus point for you. because I am using scheme which is really useful for me- In Rs.24 get call rate as 30p/min for all local calls. and for SMS- In Rs.35/350 sms free. so I think this is one of the beneficial point, but there roaming charges are not that much good. again one of the other beneficial point is they are not activating no of services by there own like Airtel. and charging properly according to your scheme, according to my till now exp. now this was for prepaid, for postpaid my experience was not that much good. I received heavy bill, with international call charges where as I never used international calling. still they charged me and because of that I changed postpaid facility to prepaid.
and because of this 2 reasons I am not recommending this mobile operator to you. Instead of that go for BPL, Docomo.
