Vivo Y50 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor. I was expecting quite a lot from the device but turns out the major issue with it is because of its processor itself. The device is painfully slow. It suffers an unbearable amount of lag which is not at all desirable and if this wasn’t enough already it also heats up way to fast, way too early. I have met people owing this particular handset and let me be honest here, the firsthand reviews are not something I was expecting. The overheating came as a surprise to me, as I was under the impression that Snapdragon had already dealt with this issue long time ago.
I have my doubts over this particular smartphone, as it just doesn’t feel like it’s worth the money. Luckily for us there are other options available and if you happened to stumble across this phone while looking for a new phone to purchase, I would suggest to keep looking.
