The first setback came when I was addressed as "Dear Punjabi" in mail communication. Whatever happened to "Dear Sir" or "Dear Mr Punjabi" or "Dear Sanjay Ji"? The tone of the mail also seemed impersonal, without any expression of joy. But lets leave that to a human personality. Bygones.

The core of the hotel is great though, large rooms, comfortable beds, large aqua area, lavish breakfast spread(Dosas, Parathas, Idli Wadas, Juices, Moong Dal halwa, Misal Pav, Chhole Poori, Dried fruits and nuts, Eggs and Poultry, Continental food, Bakery items) and lush swimming pool.
My interaction happened only with the boy at the reception, Mahima Prakash, who was a charmer and seemed genuine at heart.
So nice experience, but mixed reactions.
