Many people have been working here for over a decade, and I believe it’s because of the kind of work culture we have here. And I too am happy working here. Recently, I got promoted to team lead and it was a huge step up for me. But the best thing was - I absolutely enjoyed guiding my team and handling client interactions. It is a huge learning experience for me that has helped me advance.
