I ordered 3 jackets with embroidery on 1st Jan 2020. While ordering I liked their application, because there was small text line on the content which can't be printed.
Their application has informed me about it and took my agreement before making a payment.
Worst Part ->
On 10th Jan 2020, I am getting a call saying due to technical error your order can't be processed and we need to re-process it. And it will affect the delivery date.
Software have recorded everything and they knew the issues then why they didn't process this order earlier. Why 10 days of delay happened? Who will be responsible for the loss?
