I would never recommend Visas and Permits to anyone, this is a complete piece of crap. Their intensions are clear that they'll charge you money and let you keep hanging, Like we are for past 3 years.
Fact1. Since we live in Delhi and we always wanted someone local to take our case for Canada. Their Team agreed that they'll be providing a local professional to help our PRs processed but that really never happened in fact after charging money they moved our case to their Bangalore office which as 3 co-ordinators changed till date and none being promising or competent to take our case further.
Fact 2. They'll play with your emotion and they'll share their personal numbers and WhatsApp etc telling you that not every client they do this with, but no escalation hierarchies will be shared no other point of contacts will be shared and you'll be left hanging making emails and calls and what not.
They are not professional rather worst I've ever seen. If someone is reading this from Visas and Permits please keep a note that you've literally made us suffer to 3 years and wasted our time and money both in a way that we can't think of moving anywhere else as gracefully as we could have 3 years back. SHAME ON YOU.
