Superb org, freedom of work and innovation, challenges alot, open environment, respect for each individual in the org, chairman portrays true leadership skills, puts focus on non business activities like CSR, community service etc and people friendly, I took time to adjust to the city but once you are in the office you will surely forget about the city.
Freedom to meet anybody anytime and even though hierarchy is there the office guys don't believe that designations make anyone superior. company strives to provide quality products to the patients even if they have to compromise on price. Finally this company is like a magnet as once you join the company there are less chances that you will leave.
