I have bought a led tv(KDL40EX720) from vijaysales(janakpuri) on 11nov'11.
(last month I also bought a refrigerator(Protton F 260L Deluxe) and a washing machine from this shop)
On that day the saleslady(varsa) and the gentlemen at the cash counter
told me that there was nothing free with that tv pdt. Moreover when I asked
them about the 3d glass, they said to me to deposit 1700 rupees(note: actual price is 3500)
and in 2 days they would call me to get the 3d glass. I didn't deposit this
1700 rupees(luckily). After more than one month on 19th dec'11 I went to
sony centre in janakpuri for buying 3d glass. There they said to me that we
don't entertain customer buying only 3d glasses and moreover if you have bought a
3d sony tv then definitely you have got 2 3d glass for free. I was shocked.
I went to vijaysales shop(janakpuri) tried to find that fine lady(varsa),
but failed. When I asked about my luck of not having those 2 3d glass,
which I'm entitled to, at the cash counter the guy at the cash counter called a new gentlemen and search their database
on the computer to ensure my genuinity that indeed I didn't get the glasses.
This new gentleman told me go home and call the customercare about my problem
(in mid he has done something from a note and called someone).
He also said that I would get the glasses. In less than 15 minutes I get the number,
not of the customecare because there is no customercare number for vijaysales(delhi),
this was a number of vijaysales(janakpuri). Again a new gentleman received my call,
said that your glasses is in the shop and you can get it. When I said to him about the
holy act of the nice lady(varsa bitch), he said that's why she was no more working in the
the shop. At least this guy was little genuine because the last one said to me that she
was on leave. Oh god! thanks that I don't have the power and the authority.
At the cash counter when they were making the gate pass for the glasses, my brother made a
comment that he was about to buy a laptop from that shop, but then he would not buy it. Upon this
the new gentlemen instead of making some excuse for the above misbehaviour from the shop, told us
that I won't make in any difference for this shop if you would not buy a laptop from here. we started arguing
with him. In that argument it was clear that we had made a kick not only on his belly(greed) but
all other coworkers of the shop.
We took the glasses and left the shop as soon as possible. I'm still surprised how vijaysales have an experience of
44 years with this type of behaviour with the customers.
I hope this mail will be made you to take some strict actions on the above mentioned lady and gentlemen.
