HITACHI AC + Vijay Sales - (Bakwaaaaas). Review on Vijay Sales, Mumbai

I have purchased a 1.5ton Hitachi window AC. VS told me that Hitachi will install, the guy came in with no proper uniform or id card, say that I am from Hitachi, later we came to know that the installation boy was there own salaried person....untrained, unequipped, indecent etc. so VS earned another Rs. 550/- towards installation. He did not even took the wooden block out which is fixed near compressor for packing during the shipping, in fact I new it and I asked him 'DID YOU TOOK THE WOODEN PACKING BLOCK OUT FROM NEAR THE COMPRESSOR' and the reply 'YES SIR' I knew it you all my friend will think this only...no but this is not what he said...what he says is 'SIR YAHAN KOI LAKDI WAKDI NAHI HOTI, YEH AISE HI AATA HAI'.....ha ha ha ha....

So the AC was not properly installed and then when we called them to solve the problem they say please register a complaint with Hitachi only they will come and solve this issue. ok...so I called Hitachi and then they say that as per our record you have got the installation done on your own you manage it.....after 20 phone called VS again send their own person again to resolve the Issue again unequipped...there was some vibration noise the guy said 'SAHAB KOI GATTA DENA PLEASE' I said dude, use some double side tape or some other packing thing but no....he didn't have anything to solve the issue. Interestingly, when he was leaving without even resolving the issue 100%, he open his mouth and said 'SAHAB RS.500/- DEDO, MERI LABOUR' ha ha ha....another source of income, however I didn't pay him.

After that again the chain of phone call started......i bought my AC in the 1st week of April 2012, please understand its July 2012 its over three months and following is the final summary:

Issues:-

1. Vibration in the front panel

   
   




2. Cooling is not proper

   
   




3. Thermostat doesn't work efficiently

   
   




4. Compressor makes a lot of noise

   
   




5. Fitting is not proper

   
   

Complaints:-

1. At least 8 registered complaints with Hitachi

   
   




2. Minimum 4 personal visits to the Vijay Sales store

   
   




3. Minimum 100 phone calls to the VS Sales Executive

   
   




4. At least 10 round of visits at my house to check the AC and

   
   

The Hitachi 1.5 TON window Air-conditioning is still not working properly and is definitely not a worth Rs. 31, 000/-.....Please think before you buy and then don't buy.....
