Hello Folks,
Bangalore Bommanhalli Branch is filled with scoundrels specially be aware of Mr. Ranbir Chowdhary(Haryanvi accent guy). He has no manners how to speak. He will abuse you on the call.
I availed their service for transporting my luggage from Bangalore to Mumbai. Upon arrival, the bed was broken very badly(2 legs broken).
Upon calling, Mr. Ranbir says: "To kya hua toot gaya to, itna to hota rehta hai. Aap to aise bol rahe ho jaise Lakho na nuksan ho gaya ho"
Translation: "So, what happened if it broke, these small things keep happening. You are whining like you lost lakhs of rupees"
He scolded me for calling and disturbing me.
Does anyone know how can I complain about this guy
