Hello Guys,
I am writing this with immense pain that I trusted these people and ended up losing my valuables.
I availed Trasportation service from Bangalore to Allahabad. Please note Bangalore: Bommanahalli Branch(Ranbir Chowdhary, Satpal, Pramod Kumar). If any of these guys approach you just say a BIG NO.
I had a total of 11 items which included - Bike, Office Table, Office Chair, Induction Top, Cycle and some boxes with clothes.
The promises they made:
Our goods packing is out of the world
The luggage will reach in 8 days(maximum)
Route Bangalore -> Lucknow -> Allahabad
Asked me to take additional insurance(3% on the goods price declared. The insurance will cover 80% of the declared value)
On arrival:
Bikes both indicator broken
Table broken with deep crack(shaking)
Chair wheel and frame broken(unusable condition)
Induction Top Broken
They charged me 13, 000+ 3, 950(Insurance+ Tax)= 16, 950/- While taking the goods, they asked me to pay the full amount at the destination. But after they take away the goods, Ranbir Chowdhary called me to pay the full amount immediately or the goods will not be sent. I was helpless and had to pay full amount.
The goods reached Allahabad in 16 days. My goods moved from cities to cities Lucknow, Kanpur, Allahabad. On arrival, the people did not wait for the goods evaluation saying there are 11 boxes and we cannot wait for 1 hour.
On opening the box, Table, Chair, Induction was damaged. Mr. Ranbir is a very unprofessional, rude and a wicked guy. He started disconnecting my call and says - I am busy, I dont have full day to hear your concerns. And he refused to pay the insurance amount. Reason: Why you did not review the goods that day. Now we can't do anything. And now he does not pick up my call.
Your heart cries when your hard earned money is wasted like this. I have attached the photos for everyone to see. Unfortunately, it does not allow me to upload more than 2 photos or else I would have uploaded the Table and Bike photos as well
