I had been visited to mumbai last month with my friends. After searching many hotels, we decided to stay at Vihangs Inn hotel. The hotel seemed to be attractive as it is good looking hotel as compare to its nearby hotels.
We booked the two rooms as we were 4 friends. The rooms quality was not that much good. The mattresses of the room were in pathetic condition. We somehow managed ourselves with the situation because we already booked the rooms. I was completely dissatisfied with the food. The taste of food was not up to the mark. They claim for their tasteful food but in reality it is not that much delicious.
The best thing about Vihangs Inn is its customer services. The staff is really professional. They welcomed us in a gentle way. Since, the hotel is located at crowdy place so you can easily irritated by the noise of traffic . The ambience is not pleasant and peaceful. Vihangs Inn is an expensive hotel. Staying there is not good value for money.
