And the reason is that its pathetic. Both on hardware level and customer service level.
I bought a 40" led in October 2016 from Viay Sales Noida. Led has stopped working after 1.5 months of use.
And this is not the bad part. Worse is when you deal with the jokers at their customer service. They have an IQ of a 5 year old kid(i think 5 year old kids are sharper)
I have followed up,talked, shouted and fought with atleast 20 different people from videocon and nothing has happened yet.
The reason is their service centers are nothing but outsourced shabby small shops where they forward your concerns to. These guys are not competent to event talk and understand whats the problem.
Avoid on all costs. Spend little extra and buy a LG or samsung.
