All reviews which I read recently featured 14,20,21,29 inch screen sizes but none mentioned about 25 inch screen.So,here I submitted the request on mouthpad to add this category as well.
We bought the first television in our city with a screen size of 25 inches and it was launched by our own homegrown GODZILLA of home appliances i.e. VIDEOCON.Mr Dhoot has a clear vision about his company & he has a good understanding of the indian consumer oriented market which always looks for the products which offer value for money.I will write my experience with the tv which I am using since last 16 years.
Size:-We preferred 25 inches basically for this reason that our living room should be able to accomodate the idiot box without becomming congested.Screen size should be carefully chosen so as to make the interior well in line with the size of the furniture & walking space.
Built:- Rock solid quality & plastic quality itself speaks for itself if you knock on the top of the television cabinet.Even if one presses it with force there is no screeching noise heard as it is heard nowdays from chinese built televisions.
Picture quality:- All the colors appear natural & blurring in absolutely not to be seen DTH might be another reason as signals are directly transferred from the satellite above.
Sound:- The best way to find out about the sound quality is to switch on a music channel and increase the vol to the maxinum limit.There should be no bass/treble mismatch & speakers should not emit any noise.Speakers of videocon are decent & one is able to enjoy music without any kinda of fuss.
Spares & Service:- The only problem that we encountered till date was BLACKOUTS .The screen use to get switched off & again it used to get on.Upon calling the service personals the problem was handeled skillfully & rectified in 2 days flat.Expense incurred was 300 INR.

Although,this model has been discontinued long time back but I considered it worth to atleast my readers know what MADE IN INDIA actually stands for and why chinese won't survive for long in the globalised market of 21st century.
