Very Poor service. I am trying get my Refrigerator repair for last one month but they are like idiots. they say we are coming today tomorrow. etc. They took money from me as they repaired one but it worked for a single day only.
Now they are not coming for a long time.
Its double door refrigerator. They said the gas is choked. they repaired it one time. then it stopped cooling next day they fixed it. I called again. now again they are delaying in coming to fix. I had to postpone my many planning just to wait for videocon engineer to come and fix it. Suffered a lot just to get it fixed.
I kept waiting but he never came.
