I have been a regular customer of Vodafone for ages. During the 3G era, their network was more reliable as of now, as they use to charge a hefty amount from their customer, back then.


But now after they've merged with Idea, now they have a strong collection of towers yet they are struggling. Though VI is giving away exciting offers like Night Unlimited Data, and Weekly Roll Over, but these offers are useless until they provide a reliable and strong cellular signal.


I forgot to mention every operator has shifted to VoLTE calls, but still, VI isn't available across all regions. Moreover, if you were an Idea user, you'll get VoLTE but if you were Vodafone users you will not getting the VoLTE feature in the same region.


I tried to call customer care to report the mentioned issue but I wasn't able to connect to the Customer care executive as the IVR portal wasn't allowing me to do so.


I think VI has to work really hard to fix their issue as they are years behind, their competitors.
