VDSI is a great company to work specifically if you are a women employee or if you are a manager. This is not really A Verizon Company but its a contact type company.
It has 100% job security if you want to retire in this company, pays overall 10% hike but if you want to learn and show your tech skills then its not the right place for you. How much ever you work end of the day a stupid guy will get promotion and the managers and hr are like linked lock keys no use in complaining to them.
