I have applied for pan card, the authority has approved my request and allote pan no and send physical card through valex logistics on 30th June 2020 vide airway bill no 23311009408.
Till date I didnt get my pan card.
I have filed complain in consumer court as well but got no response from their side.
Actually they don't have even customer care contact no. Given no is not in work.
My suggestion is to do not use their services.
I was suppose to get my pan no from their vikaspuri devision but when I went there I found no office at all.
