Very very hopeless non educated non co-operative& illiterate team.please read there reply. what nonsense they are talking.i had mailed them but no reply till date.My, mail to them as it is.from 20/09/2016 2.00 pmtill 24/09/2016 7.00 pmdue to your line problem( wire faulty) internet connection was not available.here I request you to extend my package by four days.Add four days 7 make expiry date from 23/12/2016 to 27/12/2016.Thankson sep. 29th I recd call again I forwaded mail about the calll.My mail details.Dear Team, I just received a call from you technical department( 0250 6631105) at 10.34 am( 29/09/2016) .As per the person on line told me that this type of problems will occur in future also, as this is technical fault& it is not in your hand, so what you can do.Can you explain are you working on such a poor quality material & technical support that your technician have confident about the breakdown willoccur on day to day basis& this is not in your hand, so what can you do.You are one of the biggest internet suppliers. your customers trust on you. this type of replies will let your market down& you will loss our trust also.on Oct. 05th I recd call against my mail.again I forwarded mail about the call.no reply till dateDear Team, In reply to my mail, I just received a call from your technical department( 0250 6631133) at 12.57 pm( 05/10/2016) . Mr. Koushik was on line.As per the person on line told me that if there is problem in line& require wire change you need 7 days.And if technician visit required you need 48 working hrs.( pl. tell us your working hrs per day) .It was our mistake( my self, my vasai relatives& friends) , we were thinking VCPL is no. 1 in internet providers& have full flatch backup team, any problem will be sorted out in hrs.But it was our mistake. you also have the same team like other call centers which gives you same repeated reply( your complaint forwarded& the technician will visit you soon) . when they don't know, at what time no idea, today or tomorrow they don, t know. I called from 1.00 Pm to 8.30 pm11 times but same reply your complaint forwarded& the technician will visit you soon. after spoiling my full day. at 8.45 pm they told me that it will be done tomorrow, at what time they don't know, next day I called at 9.00 am, they told me technicians duty is from 10.00 am, when called at 10.30 am, they told technicians duty is after 12.00 noon. when called at 12.30 pm same reply your complaint forwarded& the technician will visit you soon. after calling 10 times& spoiling my whole dayyour technician visited after 5.00 pm. I was just waiting& waiting. no idea when your technician will come.also in reply to my mail Mr. Koushik told that. that they are working on the rules& priority fixed by VCPL mAnasultangement, like1) minor problem technician will visit in 48 working hrs.( say 8 working hrs per day than 6 days.) as he is not clearing your working hrs/day.2) Wire fault 7 days.3) any other major issue it take more than 7 days.Can you mail me details of timings decided by VCPL mAnasultangement for maintenance of different types of problems. so we the customers also berelaxed for that period to be taken by you after complaint.These type of reply are spoiling your name& image. And none of us( customers) will trust on your service.If I have any problem I will call again& again till the problem is fixed, there is no reason to be angry or frustrated, as this is there dutiesto listen the customer complaints& solve them at the priority basis.every time I mail them they call me& talk nonsense like above .If any higher authority is there please reply.& take action against your team.Ramesh KhatwaniVCPL Cusetmer ID ramesh_ motiram9923401185ramesh9pm@gmail, com
