I joined valuelabs and left in 6 months. I found very non-ethical place. No value of good technical person. Just do oil to your PM because PM don't understand technical matters.Program managers are masa-alla. Specially a lady Jyothsana. Even Kiran Burra and Aman shint do mustered oil to jyothasna to save his life and career.
This is company where PM don't know and never use MS Project, MS Visio and HLD or LLD work. Old Spreadsheet guys. Project estimations are done by 1 or 2 yrs freshers. I hope you can understand company level.
HR don't understand employees technical level. They just know the hire and fire rule.
See the biggest surprise of support team, I worked 6 months to company. I got computer for my daily work and during final sign-off day support team asked me to provide system details because they don't have any records available into their system. Now there is question - where has gone my system, after my resignation? Why they did this?
I have many more to write and keep aware you about company. In short, I can say - Please don't waste your career to join this company.
