This is a fraud company. I had hired a driver on a permanent basis and has paid one month's amount as security deposit. The agreement copy mentioned I would get an experienced driver but to my disappointment I got a driver with just one year of experience.
He would never come on time and was never available on weekends. I had to discontinue the services after a few months. it has been more than 2 months since I discontinued the service and I have not received my refund back despite continuous follow ups.
Everytime I call Santosh, he either never answers his phone or if by mistake he answers it there is always some new story he has to tell. This company and the people who run it are cheats and frauds. I would never recommend their services to anyone. This is the worst experience I have had with any service organization
