SCAMMMMM!! Beware !! These guys go to any extent to FAKE IT.
VERY disappointed. ZERO HUMANITY!! POOR ETHICS AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. for the past 5 months I have been pleading them to either return my money or complete the task. They sent me an envelope and provided tracking ID and trying to falsely clear the paypal dispute. But this package was suspicious as it was not the regular type how the transcripts come and no seal. So I opened to see and the envelope was EMPTY. Veryyyy Dishonest people. SHAME ON YOU for cheating and being so low grade to fake service.
I have asked them several times I’m ready to pay more money just give me the correct package but they go on a fight mode. Very argumentative and low ethics. Poor communications. Some highly avenged person sitting there to manipulate extensively and misuse personal information. I highly regret for doing any business with this company. Misused POA. I have requested to cancel and reached out to legal support at this time. They don’t collaborate to resolve the issue instead go on a vengeance mode. So it’s hard to do any business with low ethical behavior.
The account has Mohanapriya details instead of our correct details which is misuse of POA. Mr. Ashok forwards these documents and is unable to pick up the phone and have a conversation sending empty envelopes stating matter is closed. I filed a complaint with courier and checked the weight of the package which is not how it’s supposed to be for a document that’s carrying at least minimum 2 pages document. They don’t go to extent to correct mistakes and provide good customer service and Poor customer service they don’t correct their mistake but go on a vengeance mode.
