I had ordered a few other items from them some years back and they were lovely but did take about a month to come, but the package eventually always came.
After a few years, I really wanted to order something else but was initially worried about some reviews-I had never checked reviews before- But, my order came quickly, in about 16 days, and I have to say it is really pretty, it falls nicely and has been especially sewn for me. My suit looks just like the picture and is lined and everything.
Utsav has a great website and it is fun to look at the massive choices. Its also fun to choose the sleeves and neck styles and change the garment to your style, and now that I have time to reflect on that, it is worth waiting a few weeks for.
I would also like to add that I sent numerous emails asking about the order and I consistently received prompt return of communication. I always got an answer back to my emails asking if the order had gone out yet and it did and it arrived.
Now I am thinking of what I want to buy next.
