My good experience with a state owned bank. I have an account with 3 of the best private sector banks but the kind of response I got from SBI is so good that I m forced to write a review. I wanted a draft issues on some specific branch but they said the branch does't exist.
So I submitted a written complaint to the manager with my phone no. with in an hour of my reaching home the manager called and admitted his staff's fault and offered to replace the draft at no cost and also said sorry for the inconvenience. on the contrary these private sector banks which make such a hue and cry about service are degrading day by day. so we can atleast give our state owned banks one more chance as they are trying to improve.
