Its time to shut down the shutters of these so called traditional banks. Nap.I strictly don`t want to visit these banks.Really, they check your patience.These multinational banks are doing good to their customers and not taking them for granted as these traditional banks are doing or say used to do.
Its literally waste of time to be with these banks. The staff is generlly very rude and least bothered about the cutomers, whereas here the case is other way round with other banks. And thats the reason they are doing so well. Now the traditional banks also are trying to come to this level, but it is too late, people have realised their potential & are switching over. Internet banking, phone banking, ATM etc are come on top priority. Nobody wants to go to the bank and stand in queue for their own hard earned money.
I had an acount in SBI and now in ICICI Prabhadevi, Mumbai. I am very happy. And I DO NOT REGRET MY DECISION.
