Usha MG 2573. Review on Usha MG 2573

Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Usha MG 2573 mixer grinder. Usha is very popular and old company of electronic items and it has it's own reputation in market but I was very upset with the product of usha and not expecting this type of worst service.

Last year I was shifting in my new home so, my husband was purchased Usha MG 2573 mixer grinder. In starting 4 months it's working great. The Motor of this mixer grinder was very high power it speed was good and blades was very sharp. But day by day the grinder creating so many problems. The uppar wheel of grinder was jam. it was not rotate in any condition when I was put on the jar for grinding some spices the blades of the jar was not rotate. It was not working. I am showing u in the pic. The durability of mixer grinder was very poor and weak.

When I was calling to customer service they told me to send person tommorow but the customer service person was coming in after 5-6 days. for that I was facing so many problems. The customer service was very slow and poor.But the mixer grinder was very user friendly. Any one can easily used it nothing to be difficult to operate.

The design and style was good and vary simple not more attractive. But it was very easy to handy. Light in weight .we can easily carry from one place to another.

But the I was not happy about it's durability and customer service they need to give some more work on it's products. And I will give it 1 out of 5.
