My husband gave the customer disservice rep a piece of his mind last night and was assured we would get a REFUND by this coming Tuesday. NOW AGAIN THE DELIVERY GUY IS CALLING ASKING FOR ADDRESS! AND DEMANDING THAT I SPEAK "HINDI" ONLY! What is this? I live in BANGALORE, KARNATAKA in SOUTH India, not UP or Rajasthan! I know so many COMPETENT Kannadigas and Karnataka born Tamilians who are fluent in multiple LOCAL languages and are either fluent in English or speak sufficient English to deliver packages to those using English as a last resort connecting language, WHO ARE LOOKING FOR FULL TIME JOBS! MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE LOCAL PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO GET AROUND BANGALORE! WHY HIRE SOMEBODY WHO IS CLUELESS ABOUT THE CITY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SERVICE? ANYONE IN A TRANSPORT POSITION, WHETHER DELIVERING GOODS OR TRANSPORTING PEOPLE, SHOULD KNOW WHERE THEY ARE BLOODY GOING! IF NOTHING ELSE, THEY SHOULD USE GOOGLE MAPS, WHERE APPLICABLE, TO LEARN THE ROUTES! THE PHILISTINES HIRED BY CEO DINESH MALPANI ARE UNQUALIFIED FOR THE JOB! THEY DO NOT KNOW BANGALORE, AND THEY REFUSE TO MAKE USE OF GOOGLE MAPS! THEY WILL CERTAINLY BE USING GOOGLE TO FIND PORN AND CRICKET MATCHES, BUT NOT TO IMPROVE THEIR WORK PERFORMANCE! What crap HR practices is CEO DINESH MALPANI indulging in, that he refuses to hire local delivery people who speak local languages and are already familiar with Bangalore, AND ARE THEREFORE MOST QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB?

I NEVER had these problems with IRely, and only was forced to stop using their services because they stopped delivering to my pin code. IRely had LOCAL delivery guys who NEVER HAD A PROBLEM FINDING MY ADDRESS OR COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY! Also, they had VERY responsive and communicative customer service reps, not like this bloody dump called Urdoorstep! I really wish IRely would resume deliveries to my area, they really knew how to retain customers, at least when I dealt with them.

UPDATE:  Now I'm getting the following SMS from 9742250126, and this is the very 1st time anyone is telling me these buggers don't deliver to Richmond Town!  Message follows EXACTLY as I received it:

"Mam sry we don't have service to Richmond town already u did the payment by online thourgh that"s way we try to deliverd today evening ."

That is the message I got after I told this cunning devil that I would contact CEO DINESH MALPANI directly via LinkedIn.  Now my husband has already taken the reigns on that note and complained to him directly in the connection invite message, so let's see how Mr. Big Boy responds.

These retards will have absolutely no problem using Google to find Sunny Leone's porn shots, they will have no problem chatting with fellow retards on Facebook or WhatsApp, but they just can't bring themselves to use Google Maps to do their job properly!  And my location is smack in the middle of Bangalore, clearly marked on Google Maps!  I am not out on some unmarked dirt road in the bloody jungle!

I placed my 1st order with these fools day before yesterday.  The order was due to arrive yesterday between 4-7pm.

In the afternoon, the delivery guy called asking for my address, WHICH HAD ALREADY BEEN CLEARLY PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER.  When I attempted to give him the address, he did not understand a word I was saying, CONVENT ROAD, simple, 3 syllables, he could not understand, so I sent him the full address, including the landmark, via SMS to his mobile.

I heard nothing else and then by 7:13pm when the order had failed to arrive on time, I called customer service.  The guy told me he would call the delivery guy and find out the problem.  10 minutes later after hearing nothing, I called back, the guy said the delivery person was not picking up the call, but that he would get back to me.  Finally after some time the guy from customer service calls to tell me the delivery guy was in accident, hence the delay, and assured me I would get the order this morning.

Now, it is 11:32 am and the order still has not arrived.  I think the accident story was a lie.  The delivery guy called me AGAIN this morning asking for the address!  When I tried to give it he claimed not to understand English.  So I sent the address to him AGAIN via SMS.  Then I get a call from customer service asking me for the address AGAIN!  I told this half wit that the address was already provided at time of ordering, and he tells me "Address not clear, madam."  WHAT?  How can it not be clear?  I even included the landmark opposite my colony!  I told him the address had, YET AGAIN, been sent to the delivery guy via SMS, and even sent it to this customer disservice rep via SMS.

THIS IS THE ONLY E-COMMERCE COMPANY EMPLOYING LUMPENS OF SUCH LOW INTELLECTUAL CALIBER THAT THEY WILL NOT MAKE USE OF GOOGLE MAPS!  Flipkart, Snapdeal, Grofers, IRely, Ebay, Big Basket, Health & Glow, ShyCart, etc. never gave me so much pain with regards to finding my location, whatever their shortcomings, they deliver orders to the address provided without calling me to ask for the address already provided!

I'm giving "product quality" 3 stars because I haven't seen the products yet since these idiots refuse to use their brains!
