Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Urbanic


I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Urbanic that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order with them on September 10th, and as of September 30th, I have still not received my order. The level of service I received was nothing short of abysmal.


Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to Urbanic via email, the responses were minimal and unhelpful. It was disheartening to see that they only responded to my messages according to their convenience, with no real effort to resolve my issue promptly.


To make matters worse, I received automated messages instructing me to contact the delivery person, but whenever I attempted to call, my calls were consistently unanswered. This lack of responsiveness on the part of the delivery team added to my growing frustration.


The culmination of my disappointing experience was when Urbanic informed me that my order had been returned to the warehouse after supposedly making multiple delivery attempts. What baffled me the most was that I had not received a single call from the delivery person throughout this ordeal.


In summary, my experience with Urbanic was marred by a complete lack of customer service, unresponsiveness, and a frustrating lack of communication regarding my order. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using their services. It's evident that there are serious issues within their delivery and customer support processes that need urgent attention.
