The most pathetic experience ever.


I had placed an order on Urbanic(of one of the fast delivery products), and it was supposed to delivered within 4-5 days. It has been 25 days today, and I have still not got the product.


They dont have a customer care contact number. You can only chat with the executives, who will do nothing but make false promises that someone will reach out and address the concern.(Poor guys, they can only do so much when the entire team is incompetent)


When I requested them to cancel the order and refund my money, they said they cant cancel it now as the order has already been dispatched and that I can return it once I receive the product.


Haha! But how and when will I receive my product? I am basically stuck in a vicious circle now.


Their delivery partner(Delhivery) is even worse. Their so called app(to track the status of your product) is as useless as it could be.


I am still waiting for my money to be returned because for sure I dont need the product now!
