PMP Training by Upgrad. Review on Upgrad

I recently completed a PMP(Project Management Professional) certification training course, and I wanted to share my experience. The training was well-structured, providing a comprehensive overview of the PMBOK(Project Management Body of Knowledge) framework. Each module was clearly defined, covering essential topics such as project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. The training also included real-world examples and case studies, which made the theoretical concepts more relatable and easier to grasp. The instructor was highly knowledgeable and experienced in project management. He encouraged questions and provided valuable insights from their own experiences, which enriched the learning environment. His ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms was particularly helpful.Overall, the PMP certification training exceeded my expectations. It provided me with a solid foundation in project management principles and prepared me well for the exam. I felt confident in my abilities and walked away with practical skills that I can apply in my career.
