I experienced very bad service from the moment I decided togo with United. I was transferring some household items and my car from Pune toBangalore.
United Packers & Movers has the most pathetic after sales support. Once youhave paid the amount then they will stop picking up your calls. Lot of lies andbullshit is told about your consignments, no updates are available wth anyone.Overall a very miserable experience considering the delays, lot of frustration.
Please AVOID at all costs. It would be better to pay a little more and go forsome other service. Lot of things are promised but they never happen. Forinstance, a 2 day delivery is assured, but you cant get the consignment before8-10 days. There is no responsible person anywhere who can answer your calls.
Most annoying is their way of handling, there are a lot oflies told about the consignment truck getting engine failure, or some otherthing.
