United Packers and Movers are the worst Packers. Never ever choose these packers as it is a very unprofessional company. The marketing lady (or u can say a receptionist her name is karishma patel) bluffs and fools you like being the cheapest packer and fastest deliver and once the deal is through she will never pick up your phone and when u will call from other number , she will cut the call desperately.
While the operations guy who consider himself as a marketing Manager ( he was from a village in rajasthan) don't even know in which truck your valuables have been loaded and when the same will reach. Please find the real story below.
I had to transfer my household items from Pune to Gurgaon. The receptionist promised me delivery in 4 days and the price was also less 8k. I choosed United as all the other packers were charging heavily and were taking 10 days for the same. So unfortunately I choosed United . The staff which came for Packing looked very unprofessional.
They were not even carrying an id card , but after confirmation I approved for packing . I had to take utmost care during packing as these people were just pushing the items in the cartons as they were coming by. they took just 2hrs for apcking and promise to deliver the items in 6 days( remember the lady told in 4 days) because of monsoon. So having a trust on them , I went back to gurgaon and than started hunt for my goods. After one day I confirmed from the marketing lady (her name is Karishma patel) and she told that the truck has already departed and it will reach in 4 days. But when I started calling after 4 days.
No one was picking my phone, but by some efforts I got one number of marketing Manager in Pune( who spoke like a villager) , I told him the story and after one day he replied , that the truck is on the way and is broken down in Jaipur and will depart to Gurgaon only when the truck gets repaired and than the other day when I called on the same number there was some other picking the phone , so to him also I have to tell the whole story , this kept on repeating and I would have told the story atleast to 20 people .
During this repetitive calling , One fine day I got the news that the truck has reached gurgaon but unfortunately my goods were not in the truck , so I was now full of anger and even shouted at the owner of the United (Rajneesh Chowdhary) the most unprofessional man I have ever talked with and finally after 25 days that also at 01 am midnight, I got my items and thank god everything was safe and the reason for late delivery was that the driver was not having the necessary permits for his truck and these guys were just fooling around.
So friends I will request you to trust me and never ever go for United packers and Movers even they are delivering ur goods at zero cost as I have never been so much tensed in my life and would not want anyone to go against the same trauma.
