I dislike UTI for their thick skinned attitude towards customer's complaints. I invested Rs.8000/- in CGGF scheme ( 800 units) in 1995, till 1997 I used to get annual statements etc.. In 1998, I shifted my residence and sent several mails to their customer service through their web site regarding change of address... till now no response. I do not know what is happening to my investment. If they are not handling any queries or complaints through their web site why the hell they are keeping such sections in their official web site ( unittrustofindia.com). After its US-64 troubles.. everyoneone knows it can no longer be trust worthy, i.e they should better change their name.
