Purpose - Car Transport from Chandigarh to Mumbai.(Volkswagen Polo)
Deal - Rs. 8500 and it will take 4-5 days.
I had submit a query on Logisticmart on 20th May 2020.
I had got a call from Dinesh through Logisticmart same day.
He asked me Rs. 10000 and I negotiated and closed the deal for Rs. 8500(Chandigarh to Mumbai).
The deal was: He will pickup the car from home, transport the car from Chandigarh to Gurgaon via carrier(truck) same day and next day car will be transported from Gurgaon to Mumbai.
I asked him, If my mother can put a bag of cloth and few other essentials in the car and he said ofcourse.
On 24th May(morning), His driver picked up the car from home and didn't provide any job sheet or receipt. Not even he clicked any photos of the car.
My mother noticed the car reading which was 29227 at the time of car handover. It was accepted that car meter reading could go upto 150 KMs which can be used for loading/unloading from a loction to another.
Later same day I called him and he shared the "Consignee Copy" on my whatsapp. But he didn't mentioned about any bag and I was least bothered.
On 25th Morning, I had called Dinesh Sharma(Unison guy at Zirakpur) to know whether my car had been transported from Chandigarh to Gurgaon on 24th Night and whether my car has started from Gurgaon next morning(means 25th May). He said yes sir, the car has been enroute from Gurgaon to Mumbai(in Carrier)
On 27th May, he said car has been reached to Bhilwara(somewhere in Rajasthan).
I started following up for next 3-4 days and he keep on saying, it is enroute.
On 31st of May, He said, car has been reached to Mumbai and will be delivered in next few hours(at my Mumbai address).
I waited for whole day and called him again and he keep on saying "Sir, gaadi thodi der me apko mil jayegi".
Another day started but no signs of car yet, I called him again, he said "Sir, woh unload hone me thoda time lg rha hai, Crain nhi mil rhi" and believe me for next 3 days, he kept on saying the same thing.
Then he shared number of another guy(Abhishek Kumar from Agarwal Car Transport Gurgaon) and said, " Sir, Ap unse puch lo"
I Called Abhishek and first day he told me the same thing, "Sir, abhi ek do din lgenge gaadi unload hone me". I couldn't do anything else rather than wait.
Now the day was 4th June and Abishek(from Agarwal Transport) told me, "Sir, Dinesh jhooth bol rha hai. Apki gaadi abhi Mumbai phunchi hi nhi hai and it is somewhere in Gujrat to unload few cars. Around 100 KMs away from Mumbai).
I called Unison guy(Dinesh) and he said " Sir, mujhe nhi pta Abhishek aisa kyu keh rha hai, gaadi to Mumbai me hai"
on 5th of June, Dinesh accepted that the Car is on the way and somewhere in Gujrat and promised me "Sir, Gaadi kal(6th June) ko phunch jayegi"
On 6th June, he kept on saying the same things, "Sir, 2 ghnte me, Sir 4 ghnte me". He kept on lying everytime.
Now, I was actually worried if my car is safe?
Finally on 7th June(after so many follow ups, lies), I got a call from delivery boy who said "Sir, apki gaadi maine deliver krni hai, woh sham tk mere pas aayegi(7th ki sham) and said mein apko rat tk deliver kr dunga.
Even 7th June ended up but I didn't get my car.
Finally on 8th June morning, the delivery boy called me up and said, "Sir, mein apki gaadi le kr aa rha hu" and on 8th morning, finally I got my car in my hands.(Ofcrouse I was overwhelmed).
I checked the car, and the bag was not there which my parents left in the car. At the same time, I called Dinesh(Unison guy) and he said "Sir, mein pta krta hu" and later he said, "Sir, galti se woh bag kisi dusri gaadi me rkh diya". What the hell? Why my bag was even pulled out of my car? There was no answers.
Then I checked everything else which seem fine and suddenly I noticed the meter reading, which was 30418. I didn't believe, they drove my car for 1191 KMs(approx 1200 KMs). I asked Dinesh about this, he said "Sir, mein pta krta hu". and that has not been known yet by Superman Dinesh.
On 11th June, I got a message on my mobile from Delhi government with a challan amounting Rs. 2000 for overspeed on some "barapula" flyover in Delhi on 1st of June.(Remember, Dinesh told me on 31st May that the car had reached to Mumbai and waiting for unloading). I guess some ghost came and caused this overspeed challan of my car.
I sent him a copy on challan on his whatsapp and he said I don't know ye kaise ho skta hai. again he said, I will get information about it and will get back to you". Still, he didn't get back to me.
I am writing this review on 18th June when approximately 10 days has been passed and now Unison guy(Dinesh Sharma) is not even accepting my calls. I don't know where my bag is? Who drove my car for 1200 KMs? What about the Challan?
I want to tell everyone, UNISON Car Transport is a big fraud company. Never ever deal with this company or this guy(Dinesh Sharma). He may represent him from some other company as well. He is a very big fraudster. I am worried about what he had done with my car(robbery or some crime) which may be reported later on. I lost my bag with my branded clothes, shoes and much more. My bag was having valuables for 25000(approx).
I have all the call recordings, all whatsapp messages with me to proof each bit of this conversation. I am going to file a case against him and his company.
Note: Unison Car Transport and Unison Packer Movers are two different companies. Unison Car Transport is a fraud company.
