First of all, The UperLine Management is not a firm or focus management people, They themself don't know what are they doing, One time they say we want A and then next second they say why did you do A u had to do B, they don't know how to run a solidarity company and the flow of operations is pathetic if you ask Operations to pay the vendor amount, it like a government KHATA, passing the parcel, and then after one month they say can you resend the INVOICE, Operations head will pass u too the manager and then will say Excel sheet has been updated but never pay to the vendor.
The Environment is Like a Garbage Tunnel NO LEAVE Policy, No NATIONAL HOLIDAY POLICY, NO OVERTIME, NO COMPENSATION.
No leave policy nothing, your money gets deducted for anything happens in your life sickness, family members death.
Get your brains to work, NO proper payment to Mentors, None of the Mentors stick to the company for atleast a month, Every new week you will see a new face in the company. The payment cycle is sucked that is why Employees and Mentors Leave the company because they are not paid on time or paid off what was promised, there is no proper training for Mentors to work, Donkey work is better than working here.
The Managers here are totally out of head, they work like school headmasters and comment like: Ye nai hua to aj ghar nai jane ka" Behave like Professionals. Guys grow up. everyone here is working for MONEY, Even you are working to earn and run your family, If Not so THEN Work FOR NGO, and then be lawful to comment like this.
The company is money-driven. All they want is revenue and once the student has paid the fees, they do not care about the student. The customer service executives ignore their queries or phone calls.
As an employee, I never found any employee leave system or anything as on every leave be it casual or sick, they will make deductions.
Please respond to the Students Atleast, They have paid you, Don't act like a greedy dog, if someone has paid you it's for the service and not as a donation. The customer executives just keep the student's call on aside and keep gossiping.

The content and courses are actually the same just names different outside, the Advance the intermediate the basic everything has the same content just outer covering is good.
I suggest To please work on your culture and handling your company and look for employee retention.
