I recently ordered a meal from Udaree, a local fast food chain, and I was disappointed with my experience. The food arrived cold and it was not the same quality as I have experienced in the past. The chicken was dry and the vegetables were soggy. The presentation was unappealing and the meal lacked flavor.
The customer service was terrible. I waited over an hour for my food to arrive and when I called to inquire, I was placed on hold for a long time and received no response. When I finally received a response, the customer service representative was rude and unhelpful.
The prices were also not worth it. I paid more for my meal than what I usually pay and received much less in return. The portions were small and the food was not fresh or of good quality.
Overall, I will not be ordering from Udaree again. The food was not worth the price and the customer service was lacking. I believe there are better options available where I can get better food at a better price.
