My previous experience with Uber fantastic.good rates, perfect timing, excellent drivers and perfect mapping of the routes when I used to opt for Uber Pool.However offlate Uber has gone crazy. Their rates have increased and their routes are insane.
I travel from Vashi to Bandra west. The routes they are giving me these days is unbelievable. Pickup is from Vashi, the first pool partner is dropped at Lowerparel. So the route is Vashi - Lowerparel - Bandra. I happened to sit in the car for almost 2.30 hours. My co-partner had a similar experience.
Today they gave me a route - Vashi - Ghatkopar - Bandra - Time Taken 8.56 am to 11.16 am. He went somewhere inside Ghatkopar into narrow lanes and got stuck in bad traffic. To add to the trouble
the driver's had a problem with his mobile and asked me to put up the map.
I take Uber early in the morning to reach work on time and not to go for a Mumbai Darshan and this they need to understand.
Wake up Uber.it's time you look at your routes.
