Recently I had such a bad experience with team Uber that I understood how unprofessional the entire team is. Starting from drivers to customer care representative, nobody is worthy of praise. When I book a ride, I get calls from driver before reaching the location and asking where is the drop point. If the drop point is inconvenient for them, they will cancel the ride and when the same issue was raised to the concerned department, apology is the only thing u can get. Nothing else. Not even resolution to ur issues or penalty on driver. They would say that they will get back in 24 hours but that never happens.
