Dear Friends let me share my personal experience ,
I was charged rs. 47 or something for cancelling a ride which was not at all the real case. The driver himself could not reach me though I was even sharing my live location at that time. Don' t know if it was the fault of their idiot driver partner or any mere technological fault but why I have to pay the charge for that? I didn' t cancel the ride, even I was actually trying to find him out at that time. Isn' t this wrong? It was the driver himself who abruptly cancelled the ride ! Tell me what was my fault. They can' t charge people for nothing. It' s not good for the reputation of any company.
It' s not about my rs.47 but all about the wrong deed done to me. They should acknowledge their poor billing system and solve it asap.
Friends please always remember, this company doesn' t have any customer care no. Or grievance redressing mail id. so if you have to say anything or have any complaint or question you will be helpless. There is none to hear you.
I have seen from my personal experience with Ola in a similar case they are more proactive to address and settle down the duspute. They even have a very speedy functioning mail id and customer care no.
