This is another one of my reviews.. this wego isn't mine, it is one of my friend's scooter! I have driven this scooter close to 10 km on one day and I think this distance is more than enough for a review!
the 110cc unit powering the scooter is good(to say the least).
the engine pulls really well!!! we put four on the scooter and it pulled nicely upto 60kmph!!!
the engine could have been more refined(like aviator's)
the underseat storage is huge!(not bigger than rodeo's though)!
rear fuelling option is a good addition(but I don't know whether it leaks)... and safety might be compromised because of the rear fuelling(who can be sure tat the scooter won't explode wen met wid an accident on the rear?)
the front glove box is just useless!!!
the power delivery is good but not on-tap(like in access or scooty pep)
the scooter is very stable even at speeds of 65-70...so, the so called body balance tech really works
I guess 70 or 80 is the highest speed which is a letdown compared to aviator or rodeo or access!(but this speed is more than enough)
coming to the suspensions... hmmm!!!! these are this scooter's best parts!!! u can jump over the speedbreakers at 60 or 65 kmph without worries! the front suspensions (telescopic forks I guess) do their job very well like in other scooters! but the real credit goes to the rear suspensions (swingarms I guess)... they never throw the rider off the scooter wen jumpin over speed breakers like access, or activa!
not sure about the headlight visibility(as I drove the scooter during the day! will update abt the headlight visibility soon!)
the fit and finish is surprisingly very good(tvs never makes nicely finished scooters normally, for example- the scooty pep!).. there are rubber additions on indicator switches and the headlight and pilot light switch! even, the protection for the under seat storage is good as the seats have a lot of rubber beneath it! the paint quality on the scooter is just normal like in other scooters(nothing exceptional)
the scooter really feels very sturdy
i amn't sure abt the mileage it returns but my friend claims it to be nearly 50 kmpl! and the long time reliability of the scooter is again doubtful(but this is the best finished scooter from the TVS stable)! so, guess the scooter will be in form for nearly 10 or 15 years if maintained properly!!!
so, I would strongly recommend this scooter for those who have back pains or for the ones who want to fly over speedbreakers! the body balance tech is good(well, I think there isn't any technology like it! maybe, TVS calls its low centre of gravity by the name, body balance tech!)
